  • Background checks and identity verification are mandatory.

  • Lessons take place in a secure online classroom with monitored activity.

  • We promote respectful, safe communication at all times.

2. Tutor Quality Policy

  • Tutors must hold verified subject‑specific qualifications.

  • Teaching ability is assessed through a live demonstration lesson.

  • Tutors receive training in online teaching tools and methods.

  • Performance is reviewed regularly through feedback and student progress.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students are expected to attend lessons on time.

  • If a student cannot attend, parents should notify us in advance.

  • Missed lessons are not refunded, but teachers may provide catch‑up materials when possible.

4. Homework & Assessments

  • Students receive regular homework, quizzes, and practice tasks.

  • Tutors provide feedback to help students improve.

  • Parents can request progress updates at any time.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from all students and tutors.

  • No disruptive behaviour during lessons.

  • No inappropriate language or communication.

  • Repeated misconduct may result in removal from the programme.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Tuition costs £90–£110 per month per student, up to 80% cheaper than high‑street tuition.

  • Fees are paid monthly in advance.

  • No long‑term contracts — parents can cancel with notice.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Student information is kept secure and confidential.

  • Login details must not be shared with anyone else.

  • We comply with data protection standards to keep families safe online.

8. Online Safety

  • All lessons take place on a secure platform.

  • Cameras are optional for students.

  • Tutors follow strict online safety guidelines.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Parents may cancel at any time with prior notice.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial months or missed lessons.

10. Complaints & Feedback

We welcome feedback to help us improve.

  • Parents can contact us directly with concerns.

  • All complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
